We require tenants to complete a form, which helps us gather the necessary information to perform a tenant check. The form also helps us collect necessary legal permissions from applicants allowing us to disclose their personal details to 3rd parties (e.g. credit bureaux) to obtain relevant data. Without this, we are unable to perform tenant checks.
Starting the check is easy. You simply need to provide us with the name and contact details of the tenant, and we will contact them to obtain detailed information and legal permission to run the checks.
