What happens after the agreement is signed by everyone?

21 April 2022

Once landlords and tenants sign the tenancy agreement, it becomes a legally binding contract.

If any changes are discussed after the agreement is signed off, it should be done in writing. Alternatively, all parties can agree to create a brand new agreement if required.

Once the tenancy agreement is signed, the next step is to create and sign the bond lodgement form.
