Private landlords can list on Homes.co.nz by upgrading their listing to include Trade Me ad for an additional $140.
Homes.co.nz has recently become a part of Trade Me. When upgdaring your listing to inlcude Trade Me advert, landlords will also get their rental featured on homes.co.nz.
Homes.co.nz does not yet provide options to upgrade your rental listing but if they do we will be sure to add them.
