Private landlords are not allowed to list directly on realestate.co.nz, however by listing through myRent we upload your listing on your behalf. This upload is part of our $50 advertising option, which also uploads your listing to OneRoof, Facebook, Trovit, and myRent. Listings are also added to Trade Me and Homes.co.nz for an additional $140.
myRent also offers the realestate.co.nz feature listing upgrade for $35 +GST, which makes the property stand out more in search results and therefore generates more enquires.
