Completed tenant checks will be moved to your tenant check archive where they are stored for record-keeping purposes. Your tenant checks will be available in your archive unless otherwise deleted.

There is no standardised list of questions you should ask referees when conducting reference checks.

Tenants should reach out to myRents customer support team to have any reference details changed on their tenant check once it's underway.

There are two ways to order tenant checks. If you simply want to order a standalone check (commonly a new myRent user) and if you're an advertising user who wants to run a tenant check on an applicant who recently applied to rent your property.
