Please note, this step is irreversible so we recommend to first save any information you need to keep for record keeping purposes.
Step 1: Go into your chosen tenancy
Step 2: Go to Settings
Step 3: Select Archive or delete tenancy from myRent
Step 4: Choose Delete tenancy
Step 5: To confirm this action answer OK to the Are you sure you want to delete this tenancy? This is an irreversible action pop up otherwise select Cancel to go back to the previous step
This will permanently remove the tenancy and the associated data from your account and end any active subscription for that tenancy.
