There are two ways of adding a co-landlord to your portfolio. This can be done when initially creating your tenancy agreement or via the portfolio access page on your account. All co-landlords have full access to all properties on your portfolio and receive all notifications.
To add a co-landlord to your property portfolio, please see the below steps.
Step 1: From your dashboard, go to Portfolio Access
Step 2: Click on + Add landlord
Step 3: Add their name, email address and then click Invite
Your co-landlord will receive an email inviting them to join your property portfolio on myRent.
