How to update bank account for my tenancy

Step 1: click on your Initials at the top right-hand corner of the screen

Step 2: select Bank accounts

Step 3: to add a new account select + Add bank account

Step 4: enter the new bank account details and select Save bank account

If you have made a change to an account that tenants pay rent into we would advise reaching out to the tenants to advise them of the change and to check they have the correct details.
