How to unarchive a previously archived tenancy

If you have previously archived a tenancy and need to make changes or reinstate it as an active tenancy you can unarchive it by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go into your chosen tenancy in your tenancy archive here

Step 2: Go to Settings

Step 3: Select Unarchive or delete tenancy from myRent

Step 4: Choose Unarchive tenancy

Step 5: To confirm this action answer OK to the Are you sure you want to unarchive this tenancy? pop up otherwise select Cancel to go back to the previous step

This will reactivate the subscription for that property and move it back to your dashboard under tenancies.

If you haven't already, we recommend contacting your tenants to inform them that you will be using the myRent platform again, unless you're only un-archiving the tenancy to make a few minor changes.
