Step 1: Go into your chosen tenancy
Step 2: Go to Settings
Step 3: Go to Rent settings
Step 4: Select Conversion date
Step 5: Enter your new Rent statement start date and select Preview
(Note: You can also use a past date as your conversion date provided you’re able to enter all rent payments that have taken place).
Step 6: If you're happy with the preview, select Save
(Note: Payment history from before the conversion date will be visible for new tenancies but will not appear for existing tenancies).
