E-signing is a feature that will only work for documents created on the myRent platform. If your own document has been uploaded you can still indicate who needs to sign it if required but then the document just needs to be manually signed and the signed version uploaded in place of the unsigned version.
How can my tenant to e-sign a document I uploaded?

If a document has been uploaded to myRent instead of created on myRent then unfortunately e-signing is not an option.
