How to view and reply to messages on my listing

Every time a prospective tenant sends an enquiry/message you will receive an email notification of this message.

From there you can click on link in the notification to view and reply to the message.

Alternatively you can view and reply to messages by following the steps below:

Step 1: Login to your myRent account and go to your chosen listing through your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on enquiries and applications

Step 3: Click on the message you wish to read (new messages have a blue dot beside them) and from there you can either reply by typing a message in the your message box and select Send

On the same page where you can reply there are also options to carry out additional actions including:

Order a tenant check

Shortlist

Invite to apply or Accept application

Invite to a viewing

Softly decline

Archive enquiry
