How to upload my own tenancy agreement

You can upload your own tenancy agreement instead of creating one using our tenancy agreement builder by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your chosen tenancy

Step 2: Go to the Tenancy agreements page

Step 4: Select Browse to search for your file and then select Upload

Step 5: If this needs to be signed you can indicate who needs to sign it by selecting the checkbox next to their name before uploading the agreement (it’s important to note that the e-signing feature isn’t available for documents not created on our platform so these just need to be manually signed).

If you need to change who still needs to sign the agreement after this has been uploaded, this can be done by clicking on the pen icon next to the document on the Tenancy agreements page, selecting or deselecting who needs to sign and clicking Update.

Step 6: If you haven’t already you can add or edit the details of the agreement dates at the top of the page by selecting Edit under Tenancy agreement.
