You can remove your listing by following the steps below

Step 1: Go to Listings in your dashboard

Step 2: Select the Listing you wish to remove by clicking on it

Step 3: Select Remove listing

Step 4: Confirm by selecting the tenant you have selected or the none of these option folllowed by selectig Withdraw Listing

This automatically notifies all open enquiries that the property is rented. Accepted and shortlisted applicants will have their application details retained but all other applications in your shortlist or archive will be removed shortly unless otherwise shortlisted.

Once your listing has been removed it will be marked as rented in our system and moved to your listings Archive which can be found under Listings in your dashboard or here.

There you will be able to access all the details from previous listings and continue to message any applicants as required.
