When you see a property you would like to rent; you can use the Apply button on the listing page to start the pre-tenancy rental application.
myRent is a little different to traditional property management as we provide the technology and platform for landlords to manage their properties themselves. This means that we put landlords and tenants in direct contact with each other using our online platform.
When you see a property you are interested in, you can simply use the Enquire or Apply forms on the page to contact the landlord directly. They will then get back to you via your myRent account.
This keeps all the information in one place, making the process more efficient and helpful for both tenants and landlords.
Please note that if you have a myRent account and have previously applied for a property, you can reuse your application to save time on future applications.
