You can generate a 14-day notice to remedy a breach of tenants' responsibilities by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to your chosen tenancy

Step 2: Go to the Tenancy agreements page

Step 3: Scroll down to Notices and select Generate new 14-day notice to remedy breach of tenant responsibilities

Step 4: Take a moment to read our Notice to remedy information and if you wish to proceed fill in the required details for the notice and click on Review and sign

Step 5: Review the draft created by our system and if you wish to proceed select Sign document

Step 6: Sign in the designated field and then select Sign & notify tenants

Step 7: You should see a green notification at the top of the page that reads "Notice completed, we'll now serve the 14 Day Notice to Remedy".

A copy of this notice is automatically stored on the Tenancy Agreements page under notices.
