Step 1: Go to your chosen tenancy
Step 2: Go to the Settings page

Step 3: Select Rent Settings

Step 4: Select Rent collection method

Step 5: Select Collect rent myself and press Confirm

Making this change will generate a notification that advises your tenants of the change and provides them with the new payment details to use.
We recommend reaching out to your tenants just to double-check they are aware of the change of payment details and that they have cancelled any automatic payments set up to pay myRent directly for rent.
Both landlords and tenants can find their current payment details on the rent page of your tenancy under Payment instructions.
Your subscription will automatically get updated to reflect the change from hands-free rent collection.
