How to change your rent payment frequency to weekly or fortnightly payments

Step 1: Go into your chosen tenancy

Step 2: Go to Settings

Step 3: Go to Rent settings

Step 4: Select Rent payment frequency

Step 5: Select your Frequency and when you want it to be effective from

Remember: with residential tenancies, you can only ask for rent to be weekly or fortnightly

Step 6: Select Preview and view the rent statement below to make sure you are happy with how the changes appear

Step 7: Once you're happy with the changes, select Save

Your tenants will receive a confirmation email that the rent payment frequency has been changed.
