Your listing information and photos are retained on myRent, and should you wish to advertise again in the future, the process of creating a listing is very easy.

You can re-list a property that you had previously listed on myRent by following the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Listings section of your dashboard and select "Archive", which displays in red or use the shortcut here

Step 2: Select the previous listing that you wish to re-list

Step 3: Select the red Re-market your property button

Step 4: This will populate the details of your previous listing, so go through, check and change these details as required and when complete, select Next

Step 5: The previous listing photos are also retained, but it's a great idea to add the most current images, especially if any renovations have been done. You can re-order pictures by clicking and dragging them and delete them by selecting the bin icon. Once completed, select Next

Step 6: Confirm your listing option. Here you can choose to add a Trade Me Listing + Super Feature Combo and/or a realestate.co.nz Feature Listing. Once you have decided on add-ons, select Next

Step 7: Check your Order Summary to review what you have selected. Then, enter your card details and select Complete listing. To change your listing options to the previous page, hit the Back button on your browser and repeat Step 6.

Step 8: A payment confirmation screen will appear, and you can access your new listing by selecting the red Listing dashboard button. This will generally be active across all sites within a couple of hours.
