Located in the heart of Half Moon Bay and only a stone throw away from the Half Moon Bay marina with access to supermarket, bars, restaurants and ferry ride to Auckland CBD, this apartment has everything that you may need.

The apartment is on the ground floor that opens to a beautiful lush garden, separate entry, lots of natural light, full kitchen, full bathroom (shower and bathtub), toilet, laundry, rubbish and recycling bin. The apartment comes fully furnished including whiteware, crockery to couches and bed.

There is a space for one car park infront of the house.

Rent: $440 per week + utilities. There is separate power and internet connection.

The water bill and garden access is shared with the upstairs apartment.

Ideally, we are looking for people who are neat and tidy. No pets.
