Downstairs is a large living room, small bedroom, open dining room and kitchen, through to a toilet, laundry and bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. Upstairs are two large bedrooms and a small bathroom with toilet and shower.

Private landlord; this is my home that I have just moved out of. Lawn mowing and some garden maintenance included. Semi furnished: dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, top-loading washing machine.

Move-in date is open to negotiation: there are a few small jobs that I need to get tradies in to fix - including a bit of water damage after the latest southerly storm - so while the house is currently vacant it may take a few weeks to have these tasks completed and ensure the house is Healthy Homes compliant.
