Available mid-July to late September 2026 (can be a bit flexible). We’re looking for a responsible person or family to enjoy our warm home on Richmond Hill while we are away.

Space: 3 bedrooms and 1 dedicated office (could be changed to 4 bedrooms), plus 2 bathrooms.

Setup: Fully furnished and move-in ready, complete with a garage and central heating to keep things cozy.

Price: $1,000/week (All-inclusive: Power & Internet).

Cat Care Discount: We are offering a discounted rent rate ($800/week) if you are happy to look after our lovely, low-maintenance cat while we're away! Of course we provide all cat supplies—strictly no other pets, please, as she likes to be the centre of attention. 😊
