Viewing is available by appointment. Note that we are only looking for a maximum of 2 people for the unit and we have a strict no pet and no smoking policy. If you are interested, please first introduce yourself and the other tenant, otherwise your request for a viewing will be ignored.
This is a large house that is divided into 2 separate units, each with its own separate front door entrance. It is situated within minutes of Sylvia Park and the motorway.
You will be living in one of the units which has been refurbished recently. We (a couple working in Finance) are living in the other unit. Some of the features include: fully fenced up property, electric gate at the entrance, digital front door lock, fully insulated ceilings, walls and floors, double glazed windows, and an LG heat pump.
There is one double bedroom and one single bedroom within the unit. Both have its own wardrobe. There is also a large bathroom, with a closeted space allocated for a laundry tub, washing machine and dryer. On top of that, there’s an open plan living room with a large kitchenette (a Breville handy hotplate and Russell Hobbs digital convection oven are included) and worktop. The unit is largely unfurnished, save for the dishwasher and laundry tub.
You will be provided with a covered car port for a single car. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street.
Please note that water, utilities (electric and bottled LPG gas) and Internet (Unlimited Fibre 100 plan) are not included in the rent. We are likely looking at an additional $65/week for two people, but this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis depending on your consumption.
We will require 2 week’s rent in advance and 4 weeks’ rent as bond. There is no letting fee.
