We’re heading overseas with our kids from mid-April to volunteer at a summer camp in Canada, and during that time, we’re looking for tenants who will enjoy living in our modern, fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath rural home in Acacia Bay.
The house is in a friendly, gated community where neighbours look out for each other and the lane is safe for kids to ride and play. Walking tracks, L’Arte Cafe, and both Acacia Bay and Whakaipo Bay are nearby, giving you easy access to local coffee, fresh air, and weekend walks. We’re looking for respectful, reliable tenants ...families, couples, professional tenants, or shift workers ...who will treat the home with care. Some of our belongings will remain in the garage, so it’s important to us to find people who are the right fit for the house and the way it’s lived in.
