Room opening in our cozy bush sanctuary in the Waitakere ranges.🌿🥳

We are seeking a preferably female flatmate and you’ll be living with Julia, Leevons and a little French bulldog Korra.
They are in their late 20s to early 30s

•About the Space•

Our home is in Laingholm surrounded by nature and nestled in the waitakere ranges.
Close enough to get the convenience of living in Auckland, but far enough away from the city that you get that out of Auckland retreat feeling.

Highlights include:
✨ A relaxing spa for starlit soaks

🏝️ We’re a short walk from the beach (which is SO beautiful in summer)

🌿 there’s plenty of bush walks to explore in the area

🍲 2 fridges & 2 freezers between the three of us so there’s ample space

🌷large garden that barely needs to be touched as it’s not grass

🍈 an absolutely CRANKING feijoa tree (it’s excessive)
& herb garden

🧳 a shed, carport and lots of storage

🪵 2 decks and a large yard, as well as the garden (plenty of room for activities)

🔥 real wood fire place that we light often in the winter (marshmallow consumption 📈📈📈)

🛁 2 bathrooms, one large master with a bath

If you have small pets like a rabbit/rats/birds etc then you are more than welcome to set up their cage/hutch on the lower deck. However unfortunately Korra is not great with other dogs or cats so if you have such a companion, the house may not work for you 🩷

The room available is $270/w + roughly $16/w expenses.
