We have been doing some reflecting since listing this house and exploring options of relocating property to back of section and building on the front.

While we explore these options more in-depth we have decided to make this a short term, periodic rental.

We have reduced the rent to reflect this arrangement.

There will be the odd site visit and maybe clearing of back section as a covenants to this arrangement, but all tenancy laws will be abided by, such as notice periods and keeping visits to a minimum.
