The unit is attached to the main house however it's completely private and has separate entrance
Suitable for one tenant only at all times
The unit features a heat pump, fridge freezer, en suite bathroom, double bed, leather sofa, kitchen bench.
There is no stove or kitchen sink, tenant can cook on an electric plate or/and electric oven.
Access to private washing machine by arrangement with landlord.
Uncovered parking inside the property.
We require 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.
Ideal tenant has to have "full time job", be clean, tidy and quiet.
No loud music or noisy cars please.
Smoking only outside the studio.
Will be able to pass a Police and credit check.
