Open minded to tenants situations: Single mum who wants to get a friend in to rent a room downstairs, family, group of working friends. I would prefer a tenant who is looking for long term accommodation, who is house proud and wants to make a home. I am open to outside only smoking. No pets. There is no grass for a dog and the courtyard is small. Due to very close proximity of neighbors it is not suitable for evening outside drinks/gatherings. The houses are all attached and lots of families live around. I am open to being paid direct for WINZ clients.
My current tenants are moving out on the 10th June.
