Our 3brm townhouse is vacant and is looking for tenants that are equally as good as the ones we have had so far. All bedrooms are reasonably sized – fit a queen bed and a smallish desk. The bedroom on the ground floor – the one with the blue walls – has an ensuite bathroom and there is another bathroom between the two bedrooms on the second floor. The first floor has a separate kitchen (with the balcony!) and the living room and another separate toilet.

We lived here when we first bought it and we really liked it. It is very convenient inside and its great location means it is very convenient outside, too. Countdown is only a 2-3 minute walk away and Newtown including the hospital and all the great Cafés only a few minutes further. It also has nice views onto some Pōhutukawa trees so really a much better view than most townhouses.

There is a garage with a car park (which is reasonably unusual for this end of town) and the house comes with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher as well as a flued gas heater.
