Welcome to our fabulous fully furnished seaside holiday home on the scenic south coast (and bus route) of the coolest little capital, Wellington City. Our elevated property bathes in sunshine with good shelter provided by the Pohutakawa trees, alongside the expansive, Lyall Bay. The city and hospital are only a 10 minute drive. Kilbirnie's shopping centre, galleries and excellent cafes are all within walking distance.

We initially offer a minimum 1 month up to 6 month rental term. If after six months you wish to stay longer, then we would be happy to consider extending the term for you.

The property is double glazed, featuring a very large, comfortable lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, with a very spacious shower. Fully furnished throughout (and we are happy to adapt to your specific needs), including all linen and a plentiful supply of winter firewood. All garden maintenance is included. Our cleaning fee on departure is $300.00.

The spacious deck overlooking the ocean offers the perfect place for outdoor relaxing and dining. On the upper more rustic landing there are expansive Lyall Bay and ocean and airport views. The washing machine and dryer reside in the basement with a further secure storage room for your convenience situated on the lower level of the property.

Lyall Bay and the south coast have a progressive, safe and friendly vibe, offering an amazing lifestyle and an abundance of healthy living options. The bay boasts a world class surf break and a safe swimming beach. With extensive coastal bike lanes, walkways, and a great golf course nearby, it's a popular destination. Lord of the Rings fans and film buffs - you too will enjoy the nearby Weta Workshop and may even find Gollum there!
