This is a basement fully furnished unit with a big bedroom (king bed already in there) lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. All services are included: internet, freeview, water, power. Just walk in and live. It would suit one professional person who is quiet and has a full time job. No outdoor area and access is through our garage.
No smokers or pets (maybe a cat considered). Available long term from January.
