These are New Zealand’s most sustainable rental apartments, and won the 2022 national interior design award. They are uniquely designed to support planet friendly living and provide a greater sense of community living.

Apartment 1 is your own independent private home equipped with a custom designed kitchen with Bosch dishwasher, Mitsubishi fridge/freezer, Beko induction hob and its own private fenced garden. Bedrooms have wool carpets and there is a dedicated storage cage for the apartment in the basement for outdoor toys. The apartment needs very little heating to stay cosy, and was calculated to save over $1800 per year for power, water and internet compared to Auckland average utility bills. High speed internet and wifi is provided and already working in the apartment ($35/month).

Neighbour friendly pets are welcome, and will share the building with a couple of puss's and two bow wow's :-)

The apartments have solar hot water and solar PV power. There is a gorgeous shared area on the rooftop share with friends and neighbours with 360 degree views, with shared Miele washers & dryers, a coffee machine with supplies provided, Weber BBQ, Ooni Pizza oven, and books and toys for the kids. There is a workshop to fix things and do small DIY projects.

St Lukes mall is 2 minutes walk away with supermarket and shops, and cafes, buses and schools are very close. Mt Albert Grammar and Mt Albert Primary are easily walkable. We border on Warren Freer park with a playing field and children’s playground. Gribblehurst park is just around the corner.
