ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Linen –
Hire a linen pack – $200 per stay. Or bring your own.
Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors & duvet inners.
Please supply your own sheet sets, duvet covers and towels.

Power –
If the power bill during your stay exceeds $75 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.

Bond –
4 weeks rent which will be refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.

Departure clean –
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Option to utilise our professional cleaners upon request.
