We use it as a 5 bedroom house, with 1 newly renovated ensuite in main bedroom, with 3 bathrooms. The open plan living is nice, all day sun, but can be a bit bright with no window coverings. All double glazed so not bad in the winter with the fireplace as well.
If you have a job that allows for flexibility and you can work from home in the separate office shed in back garden. There is also a small office area in the house with storage cupboards.
