1.1) Level 2 - MASTER BED ROOM WITH EN-SUITE & WALKING WARDROBE with shared Kitchen at Level 1. RENT FOR MASTER BED ROOM FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY IS $400.00 P/W. COUPLES / Twin Share - NEGOTIABLE. {We will include most of utility bills so your weekly outgoings remain fixed, where possible}.

1.2) LEVEL 2 - RENT FOR single - BED RM FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY $300.00 P/W.

1.3) LEVEL 3 - INDEPENDENT, HAS ONE DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH LIVING, KITCHENETTE/KITCHEN & DINING, EN -SUITE TOILET. [GOOD FOR SINGLES OR COUPLES] - RENT FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY IS $375.00 P/W. [N/A until May' 2021].

1.4) RENTAL Compensation is PAID WEEKLY IN ADVANCE, Bond is 4 weeks with 2 weeks rent in advance.

1.5) WE PROVIDE Bed linen, POWER, WATER, WASHING MACHINE, DRIER, WIFI & COOKING FACILITY.

1.6) Like minded WORKING professionals / new immigrants/ new holiday work visa can live as flatmates with EXPENSES INCLUDED. More when you send an inquiry or come and have viewing, no obligation. We prefer long term flatmates, but we do take short term, if his or her term is known at joining us.

2.0) All new flatmates come as strangers, but became our extended family friends and keep contact with us even after they have left. Mostly they have stayed ranging from upwards of 6 months to plus 1 - 2.5 years.
