On April 17th my partner and I are vacating our current 1 bedroom studio apartment on Hobson street to go to Australia for good.

This place is perfect for someone without transport as the bus station is right outside, and queen street and Victoria park are a short 5-10 min walk away. If however you require parking you can acquire this separately right across the road.

There are a few grocery stores and a subway restaurant right outside aswell.

Sky city is no more than a 5 min walk away and you can see the sky city from the big windows in the main room.

The apartment is built for no more than 2 people as the bedroom is an open concept and is connected to the kitchen.

This is a top storey apartment (11th floor) which makes for great views and no loud upstairs neighbours.

This price includes water and a fully furnished apartment. This includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bath tub and shower, bed, built in wardrobe, dining table and chairs a flat screen TV mounted to the wall including all kitchen utensils.

If you would like unlimited wifi it is available for an additional $10/week. Electricity is paid monthly but it's only been $70 per month on average and that's using the dishwasher every day and washing machine twice a week.

There is no balcony but it has two big windows with great views.
