Its a warm place with a heat and cooling system. The kitchen consists of a fridge, sink, microwave, large cupboard space, oven and bench stove top.

Tank water, unlimited wifi and gas for hot water are included in rent, power is on a separate meter and is not included in the rent. Not suitable for people heavily reliant on internet, because of bush location it occasionally cuts out.

Because of the size of the place, parking restrictions and animals on property we will only consider single people without pets.
