Clifton Hall is a two story female-only residence which provides for 28 fully furnished studio rooms. Rooms available now and for 2023. Short term stays considered.

The house has a notably clean, homely, warm and an inviting appeal. Each room is assigned an individual kitchen cupboard, located in the kitchens. Our current residents include a wonderful melting pot of ladies from all over world.

Located in close proximity to the heart of the city and within walking distance to the University, restaurants, close to shops and transport.

Power and internet are supplied to the property for tenant use. A cleaner comes once a week to service the common areas.

Laundry facilities available with free dryers.

Chattels include: Single bed and mattress, clothing storage, heater, desk and chair.
