It has a modern heatpump/airconditioning unit and a new roof with new insulation, so you will be cozy or cool as you wish.

Other houses in the area face south, so they get all the wind and they can't even open their windows sometimes. This house is sheltered on 3 sides, and you'll be able to sit on the decks in the sun even in winter!

As the house can be rented furnished, it could suit someone who is new to Whangarei or someone who wants to save the hassle of owning bulky and expensive furniture and appliances (TV, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc). Bedding and towels are also included.

The house has 2 offices, so it's also perfect for working from home.

Cellphone reception is patchy, but that is easily solved by switching your phone to WiFi calling.

There is parking for 2 vehicles. There is a covered area, but access is too tight for a car. (It is perfect for a motorbike or similar.)

The driveway is new, there is new flooring being laid in the kitchen, and the eastern deck has been completely replaced. (Photos are from before these were upgraded. The exterior of the house is also being painted, so the house is now a different colour.)

There are loads of fruit trees, so you will even be able to eat fresh fruit from your garden throughout a lot of the year!
