This is one of three small cottages on the property. It is in a quiet area at the end of a cul de sac. The neighbours are friendly but respectful of each other's privacy.

It is suitable for up to three adults or two adults and 2 children under 8. As the rooms are small it doesn't appeal to tall people or those with large furniture.

The Primary school is close by, 6 local Early Childhood centres, one Intermediate school and a College all within 10 minutes walk. One EC centre and the local primary school offers full immersion Te Reo and another nearby Primary School offers partial Te Reo and also teaching in French.

The area has plenty of sporting grounds, children's playgrounds and areas for bushwalks etc
