Our lovely home is available for rent from September as we are relocating down to the Waikato. This is located in arguably one of the best streets in Whangarei, in a quiet cul de sac of Whau Valley.

There is plenty of privacy allowed by our front garden, and a large lawn out back. Kereru and other native birds provide bird-song and entertainment for you over your morning coffee.

We have a large covered outdoor deck, which acts as a second lounge for us over the summer and is great for entertaining.

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom with seperate toilet upstairs, along with three bedrooms which can each fit a double bed.

Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a toilet and shower located through the garage (note, the downstairs room/garage has external access only).

We love living here and require tenants who will look after it as if it were their own. This is for a one-year lease with possibility to extend.
