A real haven right in the bush for the eco-conscious, artistic, meditative, community-minded and anyone who enjoys peaceful living close to nature. We have chickens, a compost outhouse, and lots of protected mature native bush.

The studio suits one to two people with a cosy living area, sleeping or storage loft, wood burner, and a deck overlooking forest.

20 minutes to Piha, 8 minutes to Glen Eden shops, 30 minutes to the city.

Flat rate for all utilities (fibre, hot water, and power) $50 for one person, a little more for two (need to discuss) and the bond is 4 weeks rent.

It's down a long driveway and the turning circle is a bit tight so not suitable for large vehicles (wagons, vans etc). Hatchbacks, small 4x4s and motorbikes no problem - Demio, Note, Tiida, Golf, Fit, Swift, Jimny etc. Also lowered cars would struggle.
