Location is perfect for outdoorsy folk, in a quiet cul-de-sac, next to the entrance to the East Harbour Regional Park with lots of walking and bike tracks. Near-by are also: Catchpool and Orongorongo Valley with amazing bushwalks, Wainuiomata bike park and the Wild Coast bike track, and Wainuiomata recreation area and summer pool. The bus stop is about 200m from the house, and you can catch a bus directly to Wellington. Woburn train station is a short 10 min drive away, and it only takes a 15 min train ride to get to Wellington city.

We know how difficult it is to find a nice rental with dogs, so we’d love to be able to offer the house to a dog family. The house is perfectly set up for a dog with a dog door and a small, easy-clean fenced area at the back of the house. We are keen to rent our house to someone who loves gardening, and would look after the plants and utilise the glasshouse and the garden beds.

2 weeks rent in advance and $2,000 bond
At least two references, a character reference and previous landlord.
