Studio flat is 6m x 3m on 2 acres, back windows overlook pasture. We are happy to wait for our perfect tenant.
The main living area has a double bed and kitchen with a full size fridge freezer and double hotplate, and microwave, small table and chairs and a tv. There is room for 1 car park only in front of the flat. The flat is close to our family home but we are respectful of our tenants privacy. Rent includes internet and gas hot water, and rubbish collection, power is not included. There is no laundry.
Suitable for ONE tenant only. Prospective tenant must be a non smoker (indoor or outdoors) and no drug use is acceptable.
We have 2 dogs, 4 cats, chickens, goats and a glorious pet pig all of whom are loved and cared for, oh and 3 grandchildren who visit. We would really appreciate a tenant who is good with animals and livestock and respectful of our flat and property?
PLEASE tell us a little about yourself if you are interested, rather than just sending a "is this available, interested" message. We have had so many enquiries giving us no information, we are busy people and having to reply to dozens of people who supply us with no information is very time consuming. As of today, July 19th, The people who take the time to send an enquiry including age, employment, length of intended tenancy, reason for leaving current accomodation, and anything else that makes you our perfect tenant, will be contacted re a viewing. If it is not marked as rented then it is available to rent, sending us an "interested" enquiry will not get a response from us.
