This compact house has an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge, along the short hallway there is a linen cupboard and a laundry behind sliding doors. There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom, with a 1 metre x 1.8 metre custom shower, toilet, vanity and mirror cabinet. Hot water heating is gas infinity. There is 2 bedrooms, which are small, (3mtrs x 3 mtrs), so they fit up to a king bed and 2 bedside tables only, no dresser, hence the wardrobes have custom inbuilt drawers, shelves and hanging rails, (as per the picture in the photo gallery). No lawns to maintain and has a clothesline and small 2000 Litre shed out the back for bikes, beach gear etc. This home is adjacent to another home that we built which is just the same so we have planted a hedge to separate the 2 driveways, which once established will divide the two homes for privacy.
