The home comprises three fully furnished bedrooms, with two queen beds, a set of single bunks and king single bed.
There are two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils and modern appliances. A washing machine and drier are provided. A lock up double garage to secure your vehicle and beach toys with further parking space for two vehicles.
The rent includes regular lawn mowing and garden maintenance and water usage.
The house is available until mid December when we shall be using it. It is ideal for someone on contract work, or needing longer short term accommodation while having a home built or renovations completed etc.
