The unfurnished sleepout is located in a large, sunny tropical garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is completely private and there are lots of fantails and tuis. It is situated close to the main house that has 2 independent flatmates in it who are quiet but friendly.

The sleepout is a reasonable size and is ideal for a single person. It was completely renovated 3 years ago and is in an excellent condition and is Healthy Home compliant. It can easily fit a queen size bed and other furniture. It has a small kitchen which has plenty of cupboard space, microwave, hotplate and a small fridge. The bathroom has a shower and a mirror in it. There is a laundromat at the end of the street.

It is in a good location, close to Botany Downs, Sylvia Park, Pakuranga Plaza and the SE Motorway. There is plenty of street parking and it is close to good public transport.

The sleepout would suit a 30+, professional, independent, non-smoker who is quiet and house proud. $340per week plus $30 expenses.
