The furnishings are tasteful and high quality. Rental depends on the length of stay. $395.00 per week for 6 months or more, plus power, Slightly higher rent for a shorter term.
This weekly rental does not include power. The power meter is read monthly and a separate account will be sent to the tenant monthly.
