We are looking for a tenant to take over our lovely studio apartment on the Terrace until February 2026 (renewable). The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is well maintained and located only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is pet-friendly (one cat or small dog). It meets healthy homes standards with two wall heaters, a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven, and a large fridge. It is sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge back deck. It has great city views and faces away from the street so is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is already available to move in.
