We are looking for a tenant to take over our lovely studio apartment on the Terrace until February 2026 (renewable). The apartment would ideally suit one person or a couple (professionals and students both welcome). It is well maintained and located only a 5-minute walk from the Victoria University Kelburn campus and the CBD, and it is cat-friendly. It meets healthy homes standards with a washing machine, dryer, induction cooker, oven, and a large fridge. It is sunny and dry, and it opens up to a huge back deck. It has great city views and faces away from the street so is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is already available to move in. We are sad that changing circumstances mean we need to leave this lovely apartment but it will make a great home for someone. We are flexible for viewings at short notice, please just send a message.
