Come and view No. 42; you'll be dealing directly with the landlord and it's ready for you to move in. The house has a homely feel and neutral decor. The paintwork is tidy, there's good sun and great views over Wellington to the rising sun. Our area is quiet area, the bus stops almost at the door close and we're close to Brooklyn shops.

The house is supplied by electricity only and has Solar Hot Water Heating, insulation, an HRV, a heat pump, and a panel heater in each bedroom so you'll be warm and dry. There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a living area, a lovely large entry, a kitchen large enough to fit a small dining table and a bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet room.

If you'd like a vegie garden, that can be arranged.
